Shop at any US store you love and use your address above at checkout. Once your order is placed, please track your parcel to make sure it is delivered successfully to our US address. Most retailers will send you a photo confirmation of delivery. If there are any delays or delivery issues, please contact the retailer directly to resolve this. You are welcome to reach out to us with any questions and we will do our best to help.

As soon as you have placed your US order, come back to our website to pay for your shipping. Select the correct value band for your items and choose the number of items you have purchased. For example β if you have bought 3 EOS body lotions at $10 each, you would go to Items Value $0 to $20 and select quantity 3. This covers your shipping, customs, and all associated fees. You then add Royal Mail postage at checkout. Once that is done β there is nothing else to pay! π

Once your items arrive at our US address, our team will carefully check, consolidate, and forward everything to the UK for you. This process typically takes 7 to 10 working days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email along with a Royal Mail tracking number so you can track your parcel all the way to your door. π¬

If your card is being declined it is most likely blocked by your bank as it is an unfamiliar address. Simply call your bank and let them know it is your correspondence address. UK cards do work in the US β it can just take a little setting up! Most stores also accept PayPal and Shop Pay. We are unable to assist with card issues directly.
